We stand for our words and offer a five (5) year warranty on every product we sell. Each warranty case is reviewed by us directly. With extra attention to the smallest detail. This way we are able to continuously improve and reinforce our products to reach their absolute performance limits.

5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

Each HAMMERLEDS® product is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for five (5) years from the date of the original purchase.

This warranty is limited to original purchaser of HAMMERLEDS® products directly from our online store https://www.hammerleds.com or from one of the authorised HAMMERLEDS® product resellers (https://www.hammerleds.com/pages/dealers) and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

What is covered:
- defects in materials and workmanship (e.g. turn signal casing has cracked during normal use)
- electronics board and LEDs (e.g. turn signal electronics board has failed and the turn signal is no longer flashing)
- lens waterproofing (e.g. turn signal lens leaks water and it did not result from a crash or accident)

What is NOT covered:
- crash damage, that resulted from motorcycle being dropped or crashed
- normal wear & tear (e.g. turn signal casing has scratches after long hours of riding in dirt or sand)
- accidents (e.g. while working on the electrical system of your motorcycle the battery was not disconnected and turn signals got damaged as a result of a short-circuit)
- damage caused by voltage above 15V (e.g. your motorcycle stator is faulty and feeds excess voltage into the electrical system)
- damage caused by alteration (e.g. original connectors have been cut off)
- damage caused by heat beyond ordinary weather conditions (e.g. turn signals are mounted in direct line of the the exhaust system)
- damage caused by improper installation (e.g. turn signal locking nut was overtightened and it stripped the thread)
- exposed part of the turn signal wires (e.g. turn signal wires have been cut by abbrasion against the rear fender)

Warranty Activation

If you have purchased HAMMERLEDS® products directly from our online store (https://www.hammerleds.com) or from one of our authorised HAMMERLEDS® product resellers (https://www.hammerleds.com/pages/dealersyour warranty is activated automatically.

Warranty Claim Process

All warranty claims must be submitted and are handled directly by HAMMERLEDS®.

To initiate a warranty claim process, please click on the “Initiate Warranty Claim” button below and briefly describe your case.

We will get back to you shorthly and you will be asked to provide proof of your purchase and that you are the original owner of the products, details about the defects and any supportive evidence such as pictures.

Within five (5) business days we will review your claim and let you know if it has been accepted or if any additional information is required.

If the claim is accepted, we will substitute the defective products with the same new product or if the original product is no longer manufactured with an equivalent product at our expense.

5Y Crash-Care Program (Discounted-Replacement Guarantee)

We know that motorcycle drops, crashes and accidents are a part of off-road adventure riding. Therefore on top of the 5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty we are including additional coverage with our 5-Year Crash-Care Program.

If you manage to functionally damage your HAMMERLEDS® product within the first five (5) years after the purchase, for each damaged item you will be able to buy one discounted replacement item with a 50% discount.

Items that are covered under 5Y Crash-Care Program:

HAMMERLEDS® FLEX 4 turn signal (purchased separately or as a part of a kit)

Items that are NOT covered under 5Y Crash-Care Program:

Turn signal wire adapters (purchased separately or as a part of a kit)
Turn signal mounting adapters (purchased separately or as a part of a kit)
Turn signal flasher relay (purchased separately or as a part of a kit)

For example, if you have purchased a FLEX 4 - Yamaha Motorcycle LED Turn Signal - Full Kit, which includes 4 PCS HAMMERLEDS® FLEX 4 turn signals, during this five (5) year period you will be able to replace up to 4 Turn Signals units.

What is covered:
- crash damage, that resulted from motorcycle being dropped or crashed and after which the product got functionally damaged:
- heavy damage to the turn signal lens (e.g. lens got cracked and leaks water or affects the light pattern)
- heavy damage to the turn signal main enclosure (e.g. the main enclosure has cracked and the turn signal leaks water)
- heavy damage to the turn signal base (e.g. the turn signal threaded base has cracked)
- structural damage of the spring stalk of 20 degrees or more (e.g. the turn signal is bent ~45 degrees and it's not possible to return it back in normal position by hand and it is clearly visible that one or multiple spring loops are permanently deformed)
- turn signal got completely torn off (e.g. turn signal got torn off during a high speed sliding crash on rocky road)

What is NOT covered:
- normal wear & tear (e.g. turn signal lens has minor scratches after long hours of riding in dirt or sand)
- minor damage to the turn signal lens (e.g. lens has internal cracks, but doesn't leak water or affects the light pattern)
- minor damage to the turn signal main enclosure (e.g. the turn signal main enclosure has dents or scratches, but it doesn't affect the functionality of the product)
- non structural damage of the spring stalk of 20 degrees or less (e.g. the turn signal is slightly bent after many repetitive motorcycle drops, but the bend angle does not exceed 20 degrees and there are no visible signs of any spring loop being permanently deformed)
- damage caused by voltage above 15V (e.g. your motorcycle stator is faulty and feeds excess voltage into the electrical system)
- damage caused by alteration (e.g. original connectors have been cut off and the turn signal has been wired to operate as a daytime running light)
- damage caused by abrasion and normal wear (e.g. turn signal lens got scratched after exposure to dirt or sand)
- damage caused by heat beyond ordinary weather conditions (e.g. turn signals are mounted in direct line of the the exhaust system)
- damage caused by improper installation (e.g. turn signal locking nut was not installed and the turn signal has dismounted and damaged the wires)
- intentional damage (e.g. you use the turn signal to open a beer bottle after a long day of riding)
